OBHPN was created by behavioral health care providers for behavioral health care providers.  Our mission is to maximize the health and well-being of patients in our communities by using innovative, cost-effective care management practices. 

We've developed contractual relationships with managed care providers in the state of Ohio by leveraging the strength and quality of our network.  

We've fostered relationships Ohio's Medicaid Managed Care Plans and fellow like-minded organizations to facilitate access to the highest quality programs for those living with behavioral health and substance use disorder, including sever mental illness
